I called in advance to see if they still had the vehicle in stock. They did. As we were about to make the 2hr trip there, they called me back to inform me that there was another customer that wanted to look at this vehicle. So we put the deposit down in order for us to insure a test drive and an opportunity to purchase. Gene was great! We had been to previous dealerships that didn't treat us well due to our young age (acted as if we didn't know anything about buying cars, financing, the car itself). Gene was not like that at all, he took the time to listen to us and make sure we knew all of the options we had. The only reason we didn't give them a 5 star was because of the Financing portion. I wanted to run the financing just through my husband and the financier that we worked with told us that we had to put both names on the loan because we are married. I decided not to pick that battle and just go with it. However, we didn't need both of our names on the loan. I just needed to state that I was aware of the loan. We probably would have gotten a little better interest rate with just my husband on the loan. Everyone there was kind. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in. Excellent customer service all around. We love the car. We are happy customers. More
