Recommend dealership not salesperson Alex was overly pushy and we feel he wasn't really listening to our questions and concerns. There were times it felt like he was defensive and angry a Alex was overly pushy and we feel he wasn't really listening to our questions and concerns. There were times it felt like he was defensive and angry at us for asking a question. He repeated numerous times he wanted to make our experience a good one, but would ignore our concerns at the same time. He gave us wrong information on the vehicle which was a Toyota and we were told numerous times he had worked at Toyota for a number of years. When we went to pick up the truck and do the financing paperwork he never told Josh we were there and we had to wait for an hour. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Dahl and the first two experiences were great. Josh was pleasant and easy to work with. He answered our questions. More
