He never showed us anything that was less than perfect for us which saved us time and money. Our paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. This Hyundai Sonata was our very first new car and Alex made sure we knew what and where everything was before we left. He never pushed us to add more than we wanted and directed us to a third party for if/when we wanted to add heated seats and remote start which was out of the budget at the time of the purchase.
