A GREAT Experience ~ I came into Dahl very upset as my car that was being repaired warranty had expired. We will continue to purchase our vehicles through Dahl and specifically will continue to work with Jeff and Josh. The entire process was very reasonable, about 2 hours from start to finish (that included looking at different vehicles, the test drive, negotiations, and final paperwork). More

Subaru Purchase I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from Dahl Subaru. Alex Absalon assisted me and was very helpful. I called ahead after seeing the car on the I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from Dahl Subaru. Alex Absalon assisted me and was very helpful. I called ahead after seeing the car on the Dahl Website and Alex checked to make sure it was still available, as I had to travel a distance to reach the dealership. Alex was immediately available when we arrived and was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The process of purchasing the vehicle however can use improvement. This is not a reflection on Alex, but simply constructive criticism for Dahl. First, I did not appreciate the initial offer on our trade-in vehicle. It was very low and required two more trips by Alex to talk with the management to reach what I thought was a fair offer. After we agreed on a price, there were several long waiting periods while we arranged financing, waited for the license plate change and for the vehicle to be washed. It took a total of 3+ hours for the entire transaction and we initially walked into the dealership knowing that we wanted the vehicle. I also felt some pressure from the finance person to purchase an extended warranty. This is our third Subaru Outback (the first two purchased at another dealer),and we keep buying them because of the reliability factor. I don't think it is necessary to push the extended warranty so hard. I did not experience that with the other two purchases. Alex is very professional, he followed up the next day to assure our satisfaction and to help us retrieve the garage door opener we had left in the old vehicle.Overall, we ended up with a beautiful vehicle and we appreciate Alex's assistance and attention to customer service.
