Purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 350 with 104k on the vehicle last October (2014). Selling price was 10995 advertised. Put 500 down to secure the vehicle as financing was still being approved and I had to wait a couple days. Received the call to come down and sign the papers. Was excited since financing was an issue as I had another car loan out there still open but almost paid off. Long story short, dumbo me, thinking these people were legit, signed the papers without looking very closely at the bill of sale. The bill of sale and financing wasn't written for 10995, it was written for 11995 minus my 2500 dollars total down. The ending financed balance looked ok being that it was under 10k.(Never thought twice that I would be conned like this). Qucik glance, I thought everything was ok when showing the final amount due. After driving home, I thought wait a minute, why do I owe so much still and BOOM, I what they did. (Once again, I admit, this was my fault for not looking closely at the numbers as I was being ripped off and swindled.) Long story short, they added 1k to the purchase price, put in my 2.5k down payment. I looked at the total without realizing the finance guy added 1k to the price of the vehicle. Had the vehicle for six months, and it's been one issue after another. Timing belt cover leaking, belts replaced, alternator replaced as well as battery, engine mounts needed replacement, pulleys also needed replaced. Basically spent over 5000k alone on repairs. So not only was I ripped off, I was sold a car that needed thousands in repairs. The timing chain cover alone was over 2500. I haven't even had the chance to take the plastic off the floors yet before the first issue came up. Yeah, I got it, purchased as is, no warranty. So when they feed you their line of gibberish about we do full inspections and stand behind our vehicles, check twice before purchasing. Please check twice also on the numbers. It's basically felony fraud what they are doing. More

Further checking they found that the both front torque arm needs to be replaced. I texted the sales person, Joseph, but never responded. I called the office directly as the sales person who sold me car never responded. Owner picked the phone and told me to call the car warranty i bought from them. I called the car warranty today 6/22/2015, and my car warranty which i paid cash on 6/11/2015 is not still active yet and car warranty people never got my documents. I called the office again today, the owner picked the phone again and acted like one of the sale person. I told him you are the owner but he said the GM will contact me. I am going to talk with my attorney tomorrow if they dont contact within 24 hrs, i have proof of every transactions i did. ONE OF THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. TAKE THE CAR TO DEALERSHIP BEFORE YOU BUY IT. MAKE IT THE LAST SHOPPING RESORT FOR CAR BUYING !!!! More

The excellent service started with Bo Adams (Sales Associate) who was well knowledgeable, then by Tom Agnes (Finance Director) who worked respectfully with you on the finance.
