Isaiah wills, the service consultant was great. The direct mailer sent to me in the mail offered Diesel oil change, up to 15 qts. For 89.00 it did not state ecodiesel we're excluded! My experience was horrible. I have a brand new vehicle and brought it in to get start /stop function working as I tried to utilize it for the first time. I brought my vehicle i I have a brand new vehicle and brought it in to get start /stop function working as I tried to utilize it for the first time. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday 12-29-23 morning at 7:30 AM. I was told they would have my vehicle for majority of the day and then I would receive a call. I never received a call. I went to check on my vehicle around 4:30 Pm .I then was informed they would need to keep it until the next day around 12 noon, which was on a Saturday 12-30-23 because they haven’t figured out why it wouldn’t work. On 12-30-23 after having lunch I realize that I had not received a call even though I had text the phone number that was given to me to check on the vehicle. I never received a message back when I went to check on my vehicle again I was told they do not know what is going on with the vehicle and drove it 39 min but start/stop function is still not working stated they could keep it until Tuesday? If not, I can take it and bring it back Tuesday since they were closed Sunday 12-31 and Monday 1-1-24 for the holiday . My vehicle was picked up. It is never been fixed and now the button is not working at ALL this is a brand new vehicle brought with zero miles 2023 jeep Cherokee. I am extremely unhappy with level of service and would not recommend this place to anyone as I am driving a brand new vehicle with one of the functions I would like to use have been broken by one of YOUR employees. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this matter. This is not acceptable!!!! More
