The initial sign in went quick and easy but the time it would take that was quoted was off. The guy who checked me in said about 2 hours. I had arrived early for my 1:00 pm appointment. Around 12:40. They would take that was quoted was off. The guy who checked me in said about 2 hours. I had arrived early for my 1:00 pm appointment. Around 12:40. They took me right in so that was a plus but I was still waiting for my car after 4:00 pm. I did have them put on a new rear windshield wiper because of Dodges suggestion but it took more then an hour to do a 5 minute job. After I picked up my car I noticed a noise with my air conditioner that wasn't there before I had my work done. They had replaced the air conditioning filter and when I turned my air on that's when I heard the noise. I went in and told the guy who checked me in. He took my van back in and found a leaf in the way that was making the noise. I finally left the dealership around 5:15. I was waiting the whole time because the guy who checked me in said around 2 hours. Definitely wasn't 2 hours. More
The worst experience I've ever had. My car has been there 3m and nobody calls or answers to give an update. Its there for the the same reason & nothing is being done. I don’t understand if you text message saying contact me here or have a telephone at your service desk or your mobile phone text/call. Why don’t you use them to update your customers on their car when they here or have a telephone at your service desk or your mobile phone text/call. Why don’t you use them to update your customers on their car when they are trying to make contact. It upsets people when the means meant for contact don’t work. Answer ur phones and get back to people, yes you were open and felt like you’re closed. More
Took my jeep to the “dealer” where it was essentially held hostage for three weeks while they came up with 10 different excuses as to why the parts I approved for them to purchase and install were ordere held hostage for three weeks while they came up with 10 different excuses as to why the parts I approved for them to purchase and install were ordered and then suddenly couldn’t be located (I could find them online with ease). Eventually, I found a mechanic across town who could do the work in under a week. I gave 4 hours notice (confirmed by the service advisor) that I would pick up the vehicle and arrived to find it still disassembled and not ready. They then tried to convince me that maybe there were alternative options…After waiting 70 minutes to pick up the keep I got a bill for $300 in “diagnostics”. Seriously, some of the worst vehicle service people i have come across. If vehicle service could feel like a scam, it would be Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! More
I would not recommended this dealer. Not even for service. When I went to pick my truck up they couldn’t find it. The Uconnect still not working. Oh and staff can be rude. Had a wonderful encounter when I went in for an oil change. My service technician was Rich Morris and he was very kind, helpful and respectful. My only complaint is that making a 10:30 appointment with change. My service technician was Rich Morris and he was very kind, helpful and respectful. My only complaint is that making a 10:30 appointment with a service technician mean just that. I did not know I had to MAKE A separate service appointment and my wait time was almost 2 hours. Had a very nice time chatting with Scott Southern as well. More
My car was towed there after someone stole its four wheels. It has been sitting there for 42 days. Not only they haven’t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insur wheels. It has been sitting there for 42 days. Not only they haven’t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insurance) but they also refuse to talk to me. The service department maintained that they haven’t done any work on the car after a month because they’re waiting for my insurance to approve their new quote, which turned out to be a lie. I called my insurance and these people have not tried to contact them at all. After publishing a review they finally contacted my insurance and I'm still waiting for them to fix the car. But it got even worse, they misplaced the key of my car and are trying to charge me $600 for a new one. When I try Salvador Sosa’s direct line it goes straight to voicemail, but I can’t even leave a message because it’s full, I called the dealership, they put me on hold for an hour and then hang up, several times. So they have done no work at all and are trying to make me pay for a key they lost. I can't believe this is happening, it is ridiculous. More
