My car was towed there after someone stole its four wheels. It has been sitting there for 42 days. Not only they haven’t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insur wheels. It has been sitting there for 42 days. Not only they haven’t done any work on the car (and they have already received the check from my insurance) but they also refuse to talk to me. The service department maintained that they haven’t done any work on the car after a month because they’re waiting for my insurance to approve their new quote, which turned out to be a lie. I called my insurance and these people have not tried to contact them at all. After publishing a review they finally contacted my insurance and I'm still waiting for them to fix the car. But it got even worse, they misplaced the key of my car and are trying to charge me $600 for a new one. When I try Salvador Sosa’s direct line it goes straight to voicemail, but I can’t even leave a message because it’s full, I called the dealership, they put me on hold for an hour and then hang up, several times. So they have done no work at all and are trying to make me pay for a key they lost. I can't believe this is happening, it is ridiculous. More
Vehicle was received with fast turnaround, but I requested for a wash & for assistance updating my unconnected service. I think somebody was lazy and it may be possible service manager forgot to pit vehicle through wash. Either way, I take off stars for failing to honor reasonable requests More
I would give 0 stars if I could. First started by making an appointment. I was told I could wait, turns out my issue was drop off only and had to come back on a different day. Went in for a headlight issue, was informed it was a fuse, had the same issue last year, they were the ones who fixed it and the fuse was installed incorrectly even though they installed it. When telling me it was fixed they asked if I wanted the 60k service even though my car is at 55k, was told it was a complete inspection and all fluids replaced and a tire balance and rotationThey cracked a part during the inspection and replaced it with no charge, but it did cause me to go without a car even longer. They did not balance or rotate my tires, no oil change no new break fluid. go anywhere besides this place. More

I have been coming to Dallas Dodge for about 15 years now, and due to the great maintenance of Dallas Dodge, my 2008 Dodge Nitro is still running well. Made an appointment for a passenger side airbag recall. Dropped car off early got a call 15 mins after I had left saying that they didn't have the part and no eta on when they would have it. I made an appointment to avoid this happening, service manager apologized and said he would call me as soon as they had the part. On top of all that they misplaced my key had to wait another 5-10 mins for them to find it. My advice...when making an appointment have them check to be sure they have the parts needed to complete the job. More
