I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Dallas Lease Returns and salesperson Brandon DeSantos. My experience has been one disappointment after another. Initially, I asked for business with Dallas Lease Returns and salesperson Brandon DeSantos. My experience has been one disappointment after another. Initially, I asked for documentation showing repairs that were supposedly completed on a vehicle. When I requested an invoice, I was told the vehicle had already been sold, so I dropped the issue and moved on. Later, my wife ended up pursuing the same vehicle through a different salesperson. For reasons I still don't understand, Brandon DeSantos was involved in the transaction again. My wife was told that the vehicle would be delivered and relied on those representations when purchasing the car from out of state. After the deal was completed, the story changed, and now they do not want to deliver the vehicle as promised. Throughout this process, there has been a constant pattern of conflicting information, broken promises, and poor communication. We have text messages documenting many of these conversations, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Buying a vehicle should be based on trust and honesty. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you are considering purchasing from Dallas Lease Returns, I recommend getting every promise in writing and verifying that all terms are fulfilled before completing the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not do business with Brandon DeSantos again. More
