I came in with my own pre-approved financing and they worked seamlessly with my credit union until the deal was done. I would describe the whole experience as an honest and no pressure deal. My sales person, Erick Alava, was a huge part of this wonderful experience. From the first phone call to the finalization of paperwork he provided excellent customer service. He was very pleasant to work with, I appreciated his honesty, and I enjoyed the shared stories about his family. He went above and beyond and he, and this car dealership, exceeded my expectations.
