I had a great experience at Dallas Lease Returns. I worked with Chris Mikell. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle that was hard to find, and the vehicle w I worked with Chris Mikell. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle that was hard to find, and the vehicle was priced fairly. I traveled from out of town to purchase, so I had a hold on the vehicle. I'm sure Chris got several offers while waiting for me to come into town, but he never tried to increase the price or pull any other tricks. He also did not use me traveling into town as leverage. I've had several other dealers do that in the past. The price was what we agreed on a week prior. I also got what I felt was a good value for our trade-in. Overall, I will definitely give them a first look when purchase our next vehicle. We have had the vehicle over a month now, and we are still happy with the purchase. More
