I'd been putting off buying a new vehicle for years to avoid all of that - and as someone who sold cars for a short time, I had a pretty clear idea of what was going to happen during my "experience" at a dealership. I was so very wrong. This isn't a dealership. Joe's not a salesman. Dallas Lease Returns is more like a garage full of toys you want with people there to help you - not steer you - to get those toys. I showed up during a huge warehouse clearing event this past weekend, was greeted with a smile by the woman at the desk, and asked multiple times if I needed anything. Great environment, clean facilities, super helpful staff - even when they have a packed house! My total time invested in buying this car may have hit an hour but I doubt it. Got the exact car I had looked at, for the price I wanted, with so little effort on my part, I didn't think it was real until this morning's drive to work. They lay it out really simple for you and make the entire process streamlined and dare I say it pleasurable. 10/5 stars. Already sending my brother in law to him! More
