First time on line car purchase I contacted Rawlins via a live chat while searching for a car that I had seen on the website. I gave him some ideas as to what I wanted and left the search to him. and within a day he responded with a car that exceeded what I thought I could get. He made the purchase much easier than I expected. Rawlins came across as trustworthy and genuine, found the car on Tuesday and I was in his office for less than an hour, completed the paperwork and was on my way home. He stayed extra time even though the next day was Mother's Day and he wanted to drive home. We did find out the cruise control and XM Radio are not working, but that should have no reflection on him.
