Great Sales Experience My wife and I had been looking for a G37 convertible for 6 months. We wanted a very very low mileage car that was at least 3 years old. No marks, blemishes, scratches, no nothing. Basically a brand new 3 yr old car. The car we bought from Ken was just that car. A pristine, 2011 G37S convertible with only 5320 miles. The needle in the haystack was standing before me when I went to view the car. After 5 minutes of looking at it, I realized we had a real gem of a car. I dealt with Rawlins through phone and email and I have to say I have never met anyone else at a dealership that takes cares of their customers like Rawlins did and STILL does. He worked very hard to get the deal we needed. We drove down to pick the vehicle up and were there maybe 20 minutes because Rawlins already had all paperwork, etc ready to go. These people are so kind and friendly yet very professional. I always dread buying a new vehicle because of dealing with the sales people....well that changed after doing business with dallas lease returns.
