After going to many dealerships and being literally attacked by sales staff I found a vehicle I was looking for at DLR, called them and was put in touch with Shawn. On arrival at DLR, we met Shawn and attacked by sales staff I found a vehicle I was looking for at DLR, called them and was put in touch with Shawn. On arrival at DLR, we met Shawn and were taken out to the show room floor and left alone and told if we needed any assistance to call him (Shawn), what an amazing difference. When we had completed our looking and wanted to test drive, Shawn pulled the vehicle out for us and let us go, alone. He said if there were any questions after the test drive he would answer them then. Awesome!!! Test drive complete, we went to Shawn who had had our trade valued and sat to negotiate, we both gave a bit and did the paperwork which was a breeze, Shawn handled everything and made it the most painless purchase ever.
