We were directed to Al... and that was the beginning of the Best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We filled out our application on line and the rest is history. We were approved that day!! Because I had to work the following day, Al volunteered to drive 30 minutes to where i work to complete the paperwork during my lunch break... THEN offered to DELIVER the car to my door!!!!!! It was just an awesome experience overall!!! AND I LOVE my new car!!!!! More

We walked in and was instantly greeted and shown to the vehicles; James made certain to give us plenty of time and room to walk and talk among ourselves about each and every vehicle that caught our eyes and interest. The sale was easy-going and not pushy or rushed at all - which for us, was a huge relief and blessing since most dealers seem to be in the business of making immediate money and not a long-term customer. Dallas Lease Returns and James Smith was a breath of fresh and much needed air in our car buying experience. We, honestly, cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the sellers that truly make the sale a wonderful and easy experience! It was just wonderful. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! Best dealer associate that went out of his way to help me. Sean Derbyshire in my opinion is probably the best car sale assiocate I would ever meet. He went out of his way to show me the car I was interested Sean Derbyshire in my opinion is probably the best car sale assiocate I would ever meet. He went out of his way to show me the car I was interested in even when it wasn't available at the showroom. He made my car buying expericence fast and easy. A month after buying the car I had a mechanical problem, the car needed a tune-up, and a sensor replacement. At first the repair shop said that the warranty didn't cover for the issue so I called the dealership to see if they can help me out in any way. After a few moment speaking with Sean he fix the problem right away. I am thankful for having him as my agent. More

This place is a hidden gem with an unbelievable selection of vehicles in an indoor warehouse showroom. The sales staff is no pressure and could not be more helpful. We worked with Juan and he is by far the most helpful sales person we have ever dealt with when buying a car. We have leased 5 new Mercedes, 4 new Lexus and 1 new BMW from big dealerships over the past 15 years and we will never go back to that model. We were able to purchase a 2014 Infiniti with 26,000 miles for half the price of new. Dallas Lease Returns allowed us to have the vehicle inspected at a place of our choice, in fact even recommended that we do so. We were told that the vehicle was like new. This is the only place to purchase a vehicle in Dallas. Ask for Juan. More
