I was told that a car was available for purchase by the sales manager and was transferred to a salesman to have my credit ran. My salesman ran my credit and said he would give me a call back, which he never did. I drove an hour to the location to look at the car in person since my credit had already been ran over the phone. The receptionist walked me all the way to the car and let me look at it for almost 30 minutes and waited until I asked to test drive the vehicle to tell me there was already a deposit put on the car and basically it was sold. She called my salesman twice and he told ME to call HIM. I left him a voicemail and 24 hours later still have not heard back from him or the sales manager. I had to contact the general manager which told me that my salesman did call me and was not successful -LIE! The dealership does not communicate well within! When a deposit is put on a vehicle, the salesmen are not notified which means you are told vehicles are available for purchase and get your credit ran for absolutely no reason. Also, almost every vehicle has been in an accident and they try to tell you that these accidents were just "small dings in a parking lot". I would not suggest anyone purchasing a vehicle from this place. More

James Smith Is A Pro I've been in the market for a White BMW 5 Series with Black Dakota Leather Interior for a looooooong time. It hasn't been an easy journey finding one I've been in the market for a White BMW 5 Series with Black Dakota Leather Interior for a looooooong time. It hasn't been an easy journey finding one that also has low miles and is in excellent shape. Just a week ago I found one on DLR and immediately emailed inquiring about it. I was followed up with by James Smith who could hear the disappointment in my voice when he told me the car was no longer available. It hadn't even been there one day, a deposit was already put on it and it was scheduled to be shipped out within 24 hours. James made sure he didn't get off the phone with me until he understood what i was truly looking for and didn't try to sell me on alternative options, he told me he would help me find the car i need. Within 48 hours he followed up with me telling me it was my lucky day and the car that i had wanted was now available again. He drove to my job to pick me up, we took it for a spin and he allowed me to take the car for the day, to get a feel for it and take it to a mechanic of my choice to ensure the vehicle was in as good shape as advertised. Once I returned the car i was able to call out some minor findings that James didn't even hesitate to have addressed. James knew the vehicle was in high demand and secured a deposit from me for my protection. Over the next few days James kept me abreast of all updates with the vehicle and called me today to let me know the car was ready. We took it for one last test drive and i was sold. I must've asked 1,000,000 questions over this one week process and James never lost patience with me. He understood how big of a purchase this was for me and was very straight forward with me the entire time. I came to DLR with pre-approved financing and James went above and beyond to get me an even better APR. He even educated on the importance of GAP Insurance and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind. I haven't owned a vehicle in 11 years (yes 11 years!...my life's been crazy...thats another story)...so this wasn't an easy commitment for me but James showed his 19 years of experience in handling this process with me and I am happy with my purchase. James is a first class seller, he had the perfect balance of protecting my interests and well as his employer's. The world needs more James Smith's in it. Thanks DLR...i love my BMW 550i with V8 Engine and ALL the bells and whistles! More
