He forwarded us cell phone pictures of the vehicles when we expressed a concern about the vehicle color (I HATE RED). The next day, we were able to schedule a test drive during my lunch break. Again, Chris was very professional, friendly and conveyed trustworthiness. He was not high-pressured or pushy at all. A few hours later, I was signing loan papies and driving home my new vehicle.
