We are SO grateful to Ty Jones at Dallas Lease Returns for helping us buy three cars over this past year. We've been driving all three cars for the past 6 - 12 months and have been extremely happy with our choice to purchase a used car through Dallas Lease Returns. Since we were at their business location on many occasions this year, we had the opportunity to observe multiple interactions between the sales associates and the managers. It is so obvious that this business treats their employees with respect and appreciation. There is a genuine feeling of warmth and positivity in this workplace, and that really impressed us. Also, did not have ANY of the awkward "pushiness" and "pressure to make a sale" that we felt at numerous car dealerships we visited before coming to Dallas Lease Returns. SO thankful for the respect and space we were given to make our decisions for each of the three cars. Buying a car is a huge purchase, and being able to finalize our purchase without feeling like a salesman was breathing down our neck to close the deal made us feel that Dallas Lease Returns is a business that truly cares about their customers and has integrity in the way they interact with potential buyers. After viewing the car, we were taken to Ty's office to discuss pricing. Though Ty's computer screen was facing her side of the desk, it was attached to a huge TV screen on the wall next to us. We were able to see exactly what Ty was doing the whole time, and the breakdown of pricing and other contractual information. The transparency only continued to build our trust in Dallas Lease Returns as we navigated these large purchases. We cannot recommend Ty Jones and Dallas Lease Returns enough!
