Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

Charles Pollard was great; he was totally available, answering the phone 90% of the time we called him, even at 7 AM on a Sunday morning! Not that we needed to call him much because he made everything so easy and even followed up with us quickly when the car we were interested in was sold but then became available again. This was the easiest transaction ever for us, and I LOVE MY SUBURBAN. Look, I'm from the East Coast and went ALL THE WAY to Dallas to get this car; I'm pretty hard to please, so for me to say this was a "winner winner chicken dinner" is a big deal. I didn't get a chicken dinner, but I'm pretty sure that if I had asked for it, I would have gotten it. The dealership has the money, the deal is done, and Charlie STILL answers the phone for me and responds appropriately. More
