This was my 4th car I leased/purchased from the same Hyundai location - I expected a "loyalty" discount, but encountered the worse. My credit was up to 813 during one on my leases, and my last one was Hyundai location - I expected a "loyalty" discount, but encountered the worse. My credit was up to 813 during one on my leases, and my last one was at 642. Obviously, I have had personal issues going on, so I purchased my lease and received the worst ever!! Mark sold me back my car for $33k, and I told him it was now a used car with a cracked windshield and needed tires. He added the cost of the tires to my finance and the car is currently worth $24K. Charles was a sweetheart on the other hand, so I was exhausted and felt "deflated" - because I received the worst every. I will be escalating this location chose to take advantage of a senior citizen, add an extra $10k to the cost of a vehicle and display zero support for a loyal customer!! He had a gentlemen put $40 of gas in my tank, and send me on my way - very discouraged, disapointed and cannot fathom of this ridiculous price Marc put on paper - I even asked him to go back and revisit the numbers - I had already been there after work and again, I felt defeated!!!!!! More

Very disappointing experience. I agreed to the dealership’s quoted out-the-door price and went in to get a signed purchase agreement so I could bring a bank check. After two hours, I agreed to the dealership’s quoted out-the-door price and went in to get a signed purchase agreement so I could bring a bank check. After two hours, they never provided the paperwork and never actually told me they wouldn’t sell me the car at that price. Instead, I was left waiting while the manager was supposedly “in a meeting.” The online price appears to be used to get customers in the door and then push add-ons or financing. I was also told by Jamie they had to run my credit on purchases over $10,000, even if I wasn’t financing through them, that it was the law! After I left, my texts went unanswered. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling of the situation. The one positive was Chris—we really liked him. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience overshadowed by Mark, Sergio, and Jamie. More

She took care of me and is very nice She was really attentive and listened to me. She got my car in and out of the there. Their was one woman their though who was kinda rude i don't know her name.
