We ordered tires from Dan Cummins in Paris, KY. and given an appointment to have them put on. - My husband took off work for this appointment and upon arrival, our name was on the board showing our and given an appointment to have them put on. - My husband took off work for this appointment and upon arrival, our name was on the board showing our appointment time. We were later told that they did not have the tires and we would have to come back. We were given the name of the supervisor of the service dept (Casey Roberts) to discuss any concerns and to be given an explanation for this issue. When we called we left a message and she didn't bother to call us back. My husband took off work a 2nd time when the tires actually arrived. When he asked to speak to Casey to discuss a discount for having to use vacation time and make 2 trips to Paris, we were told she was unavailable. Something everyone should also know is there is a price match guarantee with Dan Cummins. When they were given the print out of a cheaper price elsewhere, we were told they were not honoring our comparison. Please note: it was for the same tire we bought from them... To say that our experience with Dan Cummins not standing behind what they offer was a disappointment is an understatement. We feel that the situation was not handled properly and that our time was not important. Department managers are responsible for the ethic and service that their team offers their customers. Casey Roberts dropped the ball. - A manager should call customers back when there is a concern or issue that needs attention.
