He had just sold it and apparently that was his way of telling us to get away from the vehicle. We found it considerably rude. We decided to wait and try to speak with him anyway to see if they had anything else on the lot waited for the sale on the lot and low and behold he walked right by us, not speaking to us. I was shocked! We decided to walk around the lot ourselves and were never approached by anyone, not one single person spoke to us. So we left. They lost a sale today and any other day. Customer service matters! More

I bought a used 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for them on October 7,2022. It was “as is” but was told over and over there no lights showing anything wrong. On October 10th on my way to work the check engine October 7,2022. It was “as is” but was told over and over there no lights showing anything wrong. On October 10th on my way to work the check engine light and low tire light came on. I called and spoke to Jacob. He told me they take used vehicles into their shop and only check major stuff but don’t check the problem with check engine light. I took it to a Autocare here in Nicholasville and they ran codes on it. Turned out it at five codes on it. Now I’m out $370 for repairs that should have been fixed. I was also told the catalytic converter needs replace which is another $1700 for parts and labor. When I called Dan Cummins in Paris and spoke to Jacob, he kept reminding me it was “as is” and the lights were not on. I personally feel the lights were on and their techs turned them off knowing they would come back on.after being driven a certain amount of miles. But they sold it and it was not their problem anymore. I am very sorry I went there and will not make that mistake again. I can’t believe Mr. Cummins would bring used vehicles on his lot know people come there to buy new and dependable used vehicles without checking them and making them right before sale. They can tell me whatever they want but lights were on and they knew it and turned them off. I went there thinking of the great things they done for people but most of it xx. They’ve done nothing to make this right, but money, greed and sales is all that matters to them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General Office if Consumer Affairs. That being said I will not and would never recommend buying xxxx from them! More
