Coming into Dan Cummins was great! I had my eye on buying a new vehicle this day. I came in the guy takes my car for Appraisal and I go inside. Once talking with the sales man and head I had my eye on buying a new vehicle this day. I came in the guy takes my car for Appraisal and I go inside. Once talking with the sales man and heading his lines I knew I needed to grab some cash to actually get what I wanted. I leave giving myself a few minutes to think things thru as I drove home to get the cash needed. Pulling out of the parking lot I notice my bug shield on the front of my truck is not attached as it was when I arrived. I stopped over at the local Walmart and called the salesman who had previously gave me his card. He agrees come back I’ll take a look. I returned to the lot to only get looked at like I was stupid and have to remove my own broken bug shield from my truck. Who will pay for this me. Very bad customer service and a loss of a sale at the same time! More
