I was very disappointed that it took 2 hours to buy my used car. I had met with a sales person and the dealership went over my car to give me a price for it to use as a down payment towards the new(er) c used car. I had met with a sales person and the dealership went over my car to give me a price for it to use as a down payment towards the new(er) car. So this was done before my appointment to come in and purchase the new(er) car. I paid cash for the remainder of the car's price, so there was no financing to be done. I purchased a warranty of some type but all the options and packages presented to me by the finance person were overwhelming and I am not really sure what I bought. It would have been better to give me brochures or send me an email with links before the purchase day and let me think about what I wanted to buy instead of pressure to buy things that day. For some reason the man that sold me the car and others at the dealership cannot figure out how to link Waze from my iphone to my car. I was told to come in and drop the car off at service and that it may take a few hours to get this done. I have yet to do this. This is the 5th or 6th car I have purchased from this dealership, both new and used, so they must be doing something right or I would not keep coming back... More
