This was the 2nd time I tried to get a specific problem fixed. Again it was not fixed, this time on the basis that the service dept. did not have the tool they needed. I believe they are wrong about what i fixed. Again it was not fixed, this time on the basis that the service dept. did not have the tool they needed. I believe they are wrong about what is causing the problem, because it has not existed until recently, and I feel they do not care. I also asked to have the radio fixed, but it was not. I would like to know what the 24 (?) point check involved, because it seems I spent 2 hours sitting there while nothing was accomplished on my car. I'm not aware of any sanitizing that was done and do not know the names of the people involved so I cannot rate them. I'm extremely dissatisfied. More
Excellent customer service.
