Dan Perkins Subaru

After visiting two other Subaru dealerships, I went to Dan Perkins Subaru and by far (and I mean VERY far) the experience was excellent! I was greeted in the lot by Egzon Mustafa and he walked with me to Dan Perkins Subaru and by far (and I mean VERY far) the experience was excellent! I was greeted in the lot by Egzon Mustafa and he walked with me to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He quickly obtain the keys and with great detail showed me all the vehicle’s features and then allowed me to take it for a test ride by myself! Very unusual for a dealership to allow this but I really like this part of being able to drive the vehicle without feeling like your riding with your “parents”! After driving the vehicle, I was looking to trade in my current vehicle and Dan Perkins was extremely fair with their trade in price and was right on target with what I found my vehicle was worth through Consumer Reports! Again, another great aspect to Dan Perkins! With regards to the purchase price for the new vehicle, Dan Perkins was flexible and slightly reduced the price but it was extremely fair! Overall, I had a wonderful experience with trading in and purchasing my vehicle. A few days later upon returning to pick up my vehicle, my original salesperson (Egzon) was on leave (getting married), however, he arranged for Steve Savo to meet with me. The excellent Dan Perkins experience continued and Steve called/texted with me days prior to picking up my new vehicle to ensure the process continued flawlessly! I arrived on the scheduled day to pick up my new car and it was ready to go and I encounter absolutely no issues and then to my surprise Steve spent a considerable amount of time going through ALL the vehicle’s options and safety features that I found extremely helpful and I never felt rushed when asking questions or requesting for him to show me a feature or option a second or third time so that I was soundly comfortable with the vehicle. I’ve been driving the vehicle now for a few weeks and I’m TOTALLY satisfied not only with the car but with my experience at Dan Perkins Subaru! Hats off to Egzon and Steve! Their customer service was nothing but top notch and excellent! I will certainly continue recommending friends and family to Dan Perkins Subaru! Steve was amazing . He explained every detail of the car to me , He listened attentively to my needs and desire in the vehicle I wanted to purchase . He showed me many different models before I finally pic to me , He listened attentively to my needs and desire in the vehicle I wanted to purchase . He showed me many different models before I finally picked my Impreza . Steve made sure my Bluetooth was connected , even programmed all my favorite radio stations for me !! I felt he went the extra mile for me . I would recommend all my friends and family go see Steve for their vehicle purchase !!! More
