Came to have a broken passenger side mirror repaired. When the repair was supposedly finished, I found that it was only half done. The top cover was replaced, but the base was still broken. They stated that a new part would be ordered, but I have yet to hear from the parts department. I have never been anything but extremely happy with the service I receive from Dan Perkins Subaru. However, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what parts were broken on the mirror. I hope this is resolved quickly. More
