I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with your dealership and the percentage rate you gave me on my financing. My bank couldn't even compete with this rate. The owner of the dealership adds his personal touch by putting a cage full of birds and a breakfast bar in the showroom. To me this makes the dealership feel very homey, warm and comfortable, which gives it a more relaxing atmosphere and a family touch. I like that you give your salespeople personal business cards with a picture of each different car in the dealership to give out to your customers when they purchase a car. Now I want to speak about Adam Arsenault, my salesperson. I was very impressed and pleased with Adam. I wish there were more salespeople like him. I'm very pleased that he was the one that helped me purchase my car. He's a gentleman, very respectful, sincere, kind and has a great personality. He's relaxing and comfortable to talk with - a no pressure type of guy. He meets your every need, answers all your questions and told me if I needed any other questions answered at a later time to just call him and he'll be more than happy to help me. He's a great guy. I feel he gives 100% to his job because he seems to love what he is doing. Adam went over everything I needed to know about the car before I drove it off the lot. I absolutely love the car and I've told all my friends about it! I even purchased the premium upgrade package. The extra money it will save me in the long run was a good choice for me. I want to say that the overall time spent at your Subaru dealership was a wonderful experience. On Dec. 4, 2018 I went back and purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from your dealership. I did all my paperwork with one of your Business Managers, George Irizarry, who is very knowledgeable and excellent at his job. He concentrated on what he was doing all the time while helping me sign and initial all the paperwork for my purchase. I was very grateful to have Mr. Irizarry help me. He went over everything that I needed to know and gave me copies of everything that I signed. I'm glad that George told me about the extended option packages. I ended up purchasing the premium package which I'm very happy to have. He is definitely a people person and there should be more people like him that really love their job and what they do for a living. I feel he gives 100% to his job. He is a gentleman, respectful, kind, courteous and also very personable. He was very happy to help me and answer any questions that I had. He said if I have any other questions at anytime to give him a call.
