I was of immediate need of a car and he could not have been more patient or helpful. I hadn't bought a car in 15 years and needed to work with someone just like Bob. He made sure that I understood all the steps involved and then made sure I understood the workings of the car. (I'm still learning). I was very fond of my 2000 Subaru Outback but am working on a relationship with my new RED Impreza. In time I will get to know all the bells and whistles, and enjoy driving it. Bob greeted me from the start after I was able to walk the lot at my leisure and when I felt ready to talk to a salesperson. He immediately took me on a test drive and made sure to put gas in the car out of his pocket. We went inside after to figure out numbers and was very honest and fair with my trade in and the car price. He even called me back almost immediately multiple times to answer questions I had after the visit. Nick in finance was helpful with questions and Geraldo in sales coordination stopped what he was doing to help cancel my old registration so I didn't have to visit the DMV. 10/10 More

Mike Cap is the best I happened to be online and had been thinking of getting a newer Kia soul as the one I bought didn't have all the options I wanted and I found one at I happened to be online and had been thinking of getting a newer Kia soul as the one I bought didn't have all the options I wanted and I found one at Dan Perkins Subaru that had the options I wanted so I called and talked to Mike Cap he is by far the best salesman I have ever done business with he gave me a price for my trade in over the phone and had his manager give me a price out the door for the car when I got there however the price was more than I was quoted and I thought the deal was going to fall apart but Mike went and talked to the manager and we came to a agreeable price plus I left my seat belt extender in my old car and asked Mike to please mail it to me and I would send him the cost of the shipping he said he would ship it to me and he would cover the shipping cost so anyone looking to purchase a new or used car deal with Mike Cap as he is a very honest salesman which can be hard to find. Reasonable and Reliable I worked mostly with Mounir and a little with Jeff and Nick, their business manager to buy my first car - a used Subaru Crosstrek. They were all very friendly, accessible, accommodating, and dedicated to answering my questions. I tried to negotiate a fair amount and they all seemed fair and relatively transparent (as much so as car salespeople ever are). As a single, young woman trying to buy a car, they respected me and my concerns. That being said, their documents had several typos, signing forms seemed to be done without much seriousness, and the salespeople were often too busy to talk to me while other staff seemed to just be hanging around.Overall, I had a great car buying experience. More
