Great sales-customer service & all questions answered! We were looking for a new or certified pre-owned car - our old car was on its last legs & we were very overdue for another car. We had looked on-and-off for the last several months at other dealerships and decided to go to Dan Perkins Subaru as we were hearing good things about your place. My husband first went on his own and met Bob Oshrin who helped him with questions. My husband came home later that day and told me he met a great salesperson named Bob at the Subaru place down the road from us. He said that Bob had a very helpful & friendly personality and said that he really felt that Bob listened to him and took the time to understand our car situation & needs, as well as our financial situation. I could tell that this time it was "the real-deal" & probably be the place we were going to get our car from. He said that I & our Siberian husky need to come back with him on Sun. for a sales appointment. We went there on Sun. & were very impressed with the cars & impressed with how Bob discussed options with us. He really cared about making us comfortable & happy with our decision in buying/leasing a car. Bob and all of the Dan Perkins staff welcomed our dog Sampson inside the building & outside on the lot. Once we decided we would lease the car and the transaction was complete, Bob took us to our new Subaru Legacy and went over "everything" in & out of the car that we needed to know before we brought it home. Bob was very professional yet funny & energetic and made us feel at-ease. We were very comfortable with him and trusted him to guide us to our decision on the Subaru Legacy.
