I needed to lower my monthly payments without sacrificing reliability within a car. Shaun Hayden, the sales person, jumped right in and within two hours I had a great car at a great price. As we were about to leave he said he could get better car for my wife at a lower payment. I didn't think it would be possible but I decided to return in two days to see what could be done. My wife leased a better car at a much lower payment. Needless to say, I will travel the distance (there is a local dealer near me that said they couldn't help me) to get the best customer service I have ever experienced. Each time I enter the service department I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly face. In the past I would be hesitant about bringing my car in for service in fear that the service advisors would try to up sell or over charge me for services. Here at Dan Perkins Subaru this is NEVER an issue! Dave Ortiz is always kind, Friendly, and honest about all repairs. He does go out of his way to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. I am also always offered a loaner so that I do not have to wait around or try to find a ride to work. I did wait for a minor repair one time and had a great experience! The waiting area is very comfortable, they always have fresh coffee brewing and snacks to munch on while you wait. I would recommend getting your vehicle serviced here to anyone! The staff is great and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make your experience here the best. Keep up the good work!! More
