We walked in and was immediately greeted by Bob who asked if he could help, and he really helped us make our purchase with no pressure. He answered all of our questions was very patient with us. The rest of the team was also fantastic on the night we picked up the car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a car. More
Car buying made easy First of all, I rarely write reviews. But since this was my 4th Subaru buying experience at Dan Perkins I thought it was time. Bob Oshrin was our sal First of all, I rarely write reviews. But since this was my 4th Subaru buying experience at Dan Perkins I thought it was time. Bob Oshrin was our salesman for each purchase. My wife and I had owned a couple of Subaru's (Outback and Legacy) several years ago. . We loved them. But for some reason, we strayed over the years to Olds, Eagle, Mazda and Toyota. All nice cars but not the same as Subaru's. Our first purchase (2 1/2 years ago) from Bob at Dan Perkins was for my daughter. She had the Mazda before. Though a nice car, it was not good in the snow. We wanted her to have four wheel drive. The Impreza was the choice. Good looking Great features. And of course, Subaru's excellent four wheel drive. Bob worked out an excellent deal. My daughter loves the car. Later that year. I wanted to replace my 11 year old Eagle. After seeing the new Subaru line of cars, I pretty much had my mind made up to get one of them. I was thinking of an SUV. I did go to check out some non-Subaru vehicles: Rouge and Rav-4. They rode more like trucks compared to the Forrester. I went back to Bob. Another good deal (lease) on a Forrester Premium. Comfortable, smooth ride, good on gas and excellent in bad weather, The large cargo area been come in handy, too. Although my wife thought it would be too awkward to drive, she took it to school on some snow days the first winter (and left me with her 10 year old Corolla). Earlier this year, she decided it was time to trade in her Corolla. Back to Bob. She really liked the Legacy. A lot changed since the last Legacy we had! Another good and easy transaction. My wife loves her Subaru. She feels prepared for the winter ahead. She likes the blind spot detection. She also has the new eyesight option which keeps her even safer. When we were doing that deal, Bob mentioned to me that he could probably work out a good deal for me to "trade up" on my lease to a 2017 Premium Forrester. That piqued my interest. He told me about some of the improvements over my 2015 model, including the blind spot detection, better radio, big screen for viewing back ups (and the cross traffic warning detection), more sound proofing, etc. True to his word, he got me great deal. More for my money! I enjoy this new Subaru, which I call Blue Su, more than ever. Bob and Dan Perkins make it easy to buy a car. As I told Bob, he makes it even fun. I can't say that my accountant, even if he saves me money, makes it fun. And their service department has been excellent: prompt and courteous. More

Honest and seamless buying experience. From the test drive to signing the final papers, this was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Negotiation was minimal and honest. I think it ended up being, or at least feeling like a win/win. No push on after sales items. The one draw back is Subaru's Share the Love Campaign. I think it is a good idea, but frankly it is misplaced in the middle of the buying process - a time when most car buyers are on guard against an up-sell or other gimmick. So it loses its appeal. Perhaps better to have that as an after sales event, emailed to the person who bought the car. More

The salesman was quite literally, no exaggeration here, the worst salesman we've ever encountered...buying ANY product. Very nice when buying the car. When in to sign papers, was rude beyond belief. People don't believe me when I tell them how he acted...was that bad. Even with my daughter present, for whom we were buying the car. After that, most people I dealt with were nice (GM, Service Manager), but the car had consistent issues (the same 2 issues) since I purchased it. 1 they tried to fix but never could (clicking sound caused by poorly installed remote starter... we're just going to have it removed) and the second, intermittent trouble starting the car, I was basically told that there was no issue. This is after having told them about the problem 3 times within the first 2 months (the warranty period). Long story short, I had to spend over $500 (should have been Perkins' responsibility) 5 months after purchasing it to have it repaired by another mechanic, who diagnosed and fixed the issue within 24 hours of having the vehicle. Also, when we bought the car, they told us about the amazing used car inspection they do before releasing any used vehicle. Hard to believe that's the case as when I brought the car back within a.couple of weeks of purchasing (the first of three times I brought in) they told me the battery was bad. They did replace it at their expense, but how does that happen if a full inspection was done??? The time I've had to invest during these months to try to resolve these problems, has been significant. There are a lot of car dealers and a lot of Subaru dealers....go elsewhere to buy yours. More
