An utter waste of time Before I even dropped off my car, I had confirmed with them TWICE that my catalytic converters would be repaired under warranty. I called when they left a message asking about their service, and they confirmed yet again that the repairs were under warranty and that my car was ready to be picked up. I got there and no repairs were done because apparently now, my warranty did not cover it. They called me about the service (this time it was not an automated message), and I let them know that right as my car rolled out their lot, my engine was making noises. The lady said her manager, Mark, would contact me. He hasn't and it's been almost a week now. Good job, Dan Perkins Subaru. I'm never buying a car from your dirt establishment nor will I ever go back for any repairs again. More

Kudos to Bob Oshrin and Dan Perkins Subaru! I contacted Dan Perkins Subaru and was matched up with Bob Oshrin. I can not say enough good things about Bob and my experience with this dealership. I contacted Dan Perkins Subaru and was matched up with Bob Oshrin. I can not say enough good things about Bob and my experience with this dealership. I have lease (3) other Subarus from a different dealer and each re-lease experience was worst than the last, so I finally decided to change dealers. I am so happy that I did. Bob went above and beyond to make the experience efficient and pleasant. I am not the kind of person who likes to to haggle. I want the best price up front. So It was a refreshing surprise when Bob presented me with a new lease offer that not only included additional miles but was cheaper than my current lease and it includs free service! I have already bragged about this experience to a few friends and I will continue to spread the word. Bravo Dan Perkins! More

He called in the service advisor Paul to help get us what we asked for on the trade-in, and both he & Paul came up with creative solutions that helped seal the deal. Mounir's follow-up has been consistent, caring, and helpful. This is our 4th Outback, but the first one from Dan Perkins. An enjoyable experience with excellent service & results! Made it better than right I recently bought a used car that turned out to be a xxx from Dan Perkins suburu. It wasn't supposed to be on the lot, and I bought it sight unseen. M I recently bought a used car that turned out to be a xxx from Dan Perkins suburu. It wasn't supposed to be on the lot, and I bought it sight unseen. My salesman, Roberto, made it right and then some. Not only did they dissolve the loan, but they got me into an excellent vehicle and dropped the price nearly 4,000$ so I could afford it. On top of that, they set me up with a lifetime warranty at no extra charge, bought me dinner, and got my new vehicle to me asap. Good man, good team of professionals that went the extra mile to make sure I was more than happy. Just make sure to tell him you want a "P", and not a "J" car. More

First Time New Car Buyer - Great Experience All Around This was the first time I bought a car myself and so I was a bit nervous about the whole experience. But it ended up being a good experience. I knew w This was the first time I bought a car myself and so I was a bit nervous about the whole experience. But it ended up being a good experience. I knew what kind of car I wanted as I had done my research long ago and was just waiting for my then current car to no longer be worth keeping (I run my cars into the ground...). When I went in and met with Bob he was nice, helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me anything. I didn't feel like I was going to be taken advantage of due to my lack of car buying experience (which was my biggest concern). They even gave me a higher than expected trade in value. Working with the loan team was great too because again, no one tried to upsell me anything, and I had called around and got a quote from another lender and they were more than willing to match that. Loan people gave me detailed info on my loan and just told me about the various add ons and if I didn't want one, totally fine with them. Very happy all around. Definitely will buy my next Subaru here if I'm still in CT and lookin' for a Subaru. I'd definitely recommend Perkins Subaru and working with Bob for anyone who wants to buy a new Subaru. More

Outstanding I have been buying cars for 30 years and never been treated like I was treated in this dealership. My salesperson was JR. he was caring , honest , and I have been buying cars for 30 years and never been treated like I was treated in this dealership. My salesperson was JR. he was caring , honest , and on top of all truthful. He quoted to me as soon as I sat down( I rather not sell you a car because of the truth about it then sell you a car with a white lie). No one has ever said that to me. I felt like family as soon as i shook his hand. I want to tell everyone that reads this please see him or give him the last chance in regards on purchasing a car. You will not regret it. Also the used car manager Paul was great. The finance department thanks to Mr. Frankie, he is great . Abusive Sales Techniques and Poor Customer Service Sid Farahani is an embarrassment to Dan Perkins and Subaru in general. After performing a bait and switch on me (quoting an online price and then chan Sid Farahani is an embarrassment to Dan Perkins and Subaru in general. After performing a bait and switch on me (quoting an online price and then changing it when I came in for a test drive), he was rude throughout our conversations, which I chose to ignore because he quoted a decent price. When he called me to follow up THREE WEEKS LATER, he became verbally abusive when I told him I could not get financing, accused me of wasting his time, refused to return my REFUNDABLE deposit, and HUNG UP on me. Avoid him at all costs. Then, because I DARED to complain online, the dealership has their lawyer write me a threatening letter! Luckily, corporate Subaru stands behind their brand, and gave me a goodwill certificate to compensate for my horrible experience, which was used to purchase a brand new car at a different, reputable dealership! More
