Bob Oshrin was so awesome in helping me buy my new 2013 Impreza Hatch! He was hilarious, honest, open and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy and he made the entire process quite simple. I went in looking for a used Subaru Outback and Bob Oshrin was such a nice salesman with a great heart. He helped me look for an used Subaru and he ended up giving me the best price on the Outback. I can't express enough what a gentleman he was towards me and my father. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and appreciated all that he did for us. Every time I go in there, I look for him and there was one time he offered to wash my car after a few weeks of owning the car. He is very thoughtful and generous. He helped me decide which was the best car for me, which was not the car I intended on getting. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Subaru Legacy. There was a problem with the headlights and a crack in the windshield. I brought the car back and spoke to the manager on duty, Jeff, and he was very accommodating and got the problems fixed right away. Bob did call me about 2 weeks later to check in on me and make sure things were good with the car. It was very nice of him to do that and not just think of me as another customer. He truly cares about his customers and it shows! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Choose Bob Oshrin as your sales guy, you wont be sorry. More

I was in the market for a new Subaru and read good reviews about Dan Perkins. I traveled to Milford and dealt with Shawn Hayden, who was extremely knowledgable and very personable. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. He never tried to push a sale on me and was prompt to respond to questions I had. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying a car. But I wanted to leave a review based on my experience there. It was certainly pleasant and I highly recommend Shawn Hayden and this dealership. More
I bought my car from Dan Perkins Subaru. It is a 2006 I bought my car from Dan Perkins Subaru. It is a 2006 Suzuki Forenza. Apparently the owner who had it before me didn't take good care of it. The car has been a nightmare. Recently,I brought the car to the service department. Marc and David knew I was upset because there were so many mechanical problems. David has helped me in the past and has been nice. David was off from work so Marc took care of me. He made sure I got a rental car and was very sympathetic to my financial situation. He will do what he can to check the car out and hopefully have the extended warranty company take care of it. I get the car back next week.Hopefully, this new problem will be resolved. Very happy with service by Marc and David. Thank you both. More
I knew of 3 other owners who bought the Subaru Legacy. Lifetime warranty was a major reason why I wanted to buy the car. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and concerned of my needs. I found out that he also worked with my Father (who was a former car salesman Frank Ellison before he died) at other dealerships as co-workers which really closed the deal for me in wanting to buy a car from Matt. Overall Matt was a good guy who always seems VERY BUSY trying to satisfy all his clients. He did everything I asked of him and I would recommend him highly to anyone. I also have high regards for Nick Aquilina (Finance consultant) and Mike Gallio another salesman who was ready to help me even though I wasn't even buying the Legacy from him. I appreciated his efforts very much and Thank him publicly again now. Overall nice staff and was happy I bought my car from Matt. Thanks for everything. Regards, James Ellison More
We were very happy with our experience at Dan Perkins. We were very undecided on what to get for our next car and wanted to make sure we made the right choice. Once we narrowed our search down to Subaru and did some research we were very interested in the Impreza Hatch and Cross Trek. Our sales person Sean was very helpful and went through the benefits of both cars and ultimately helped us decide that the Impreza was the better fit for what we needed. He wasn't pushy and we didn't feel pressured to buy. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Sean to friends and family. More

After the initial meeting at the dealership, where I felt no pressure to buy, I was able to negotiate everything over email and phone. This made it extremely easy as my work schedule did not allow me to be available during normal business hours. On the day of actual delivery, I was in and out in under 45 minutes: old car sold, new car purchased. Highly recommend the dealership and especially working with Mike.
