Shelley spent so much time helping my daughter find just the right car. She kept us informed when the car would be on the lot, and rearranged her schedule to suite ours. It was a pleasure meeting a person who knows her product, and who sincerely cares about her customers. Nick Aguilina helped my daughter with her financing to get the car she wanted and the budget that she needed. His suggestions and knowlege of financial options really helped us greatly. I need to say thanks to Sal for helping decided between a Forester or a Crosstrek. He made one 23 year old woman very happy. To date my family has purchased / leased 6 Subaru's from Dan Perkins. I needed to lower my monthly payments without sacrificing reliability within a car. Shaun Hayden, the sales person, jumped right in and within two hours I had a great car at a great price. As we were about to leave he said he could get better car for my wife at a lower payment. I didn't think it would be possible but I decided to return in two days to see what could be done. My wife leased a better car at a much lower payment. Needless to say, I will travel the distance (there is a local dealer near me that said they couldn't help me) to get the best customer service I have ever experienced.
