When I went into the dealership I wasn't sure what I wanted but knew I had requirements. In no time at all, Iscander had recommended a great option for me and my large army of sporty kiddos. Iscander and Jeremy were upfront on the price, including manufacturer incentives, discounts, trade-in value. I knew exactly what to expect for the new car and felt good about the buying experience. My credit is fair which also made me nervous, but they put me at ease and helped me through several options. I've bought or leased 4 cars in my life time and this was my best experience yet. More
in 2020, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. A year later, I upgraded to the overland package as it had everything I wanted. upon signing, it was agreed that they would replace the h dealership. There was also chipped paint on the front bumper and they agreed to fix that too. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a dent in the door. I called nick who said they could fix the dent when they repaired the above cosmetic damage. I brought my car in on Monday, and was surprised when the “loaner car” was a beat up rental from enterprise, which I was charged $64 for. On top of it, I waited over an hour for the rental car, which made me miss an appointment and I was charged for that too. Fast forward to Wednesday- I spoke to Yvonne in the service department, who told me the car would be ready by 430pm. 5pm rolled around and I hadn’t heard from her. when I called her just after 5pm, she informed me the car would not be ready until the following day. On Thursday, I contacted Yvonne around 2pm, and was again told the vehicle would be ready by 430pm. I said I’d be at work then and would probably have to pick it up the following morning. She said she would still contact me at 430 to let me know the car was returned to the dealership for pick up. While at work, I spoke to my supervisor who stated I would be able to run over and pick up my car. I didn’t hear from Yvonne at 430 as promised, so I contacted her around 5pm. Yvonne stated she had dropped the car off to be cleaned at 415pm. She stated she would reach out to them and call me right back with a pick up time. By 6pm, I still hadn’t heard from her. So I decided to contact a manager “Jeremy”because I was tired of the run around. he was unhelpful and advised me that the car would not be ready until tomorrow. I clearly expressed my frustration with the lack of customer service I continually experienced. The car was brought back to the dealership and they advised that it had not been detailed. I said I didn’t care, I just wanted my car back at this point. I finally received my car at 7pm. the bumper was not properly fixed, but instead they merely painted over the chipped surface- it looks like they used white out to do the job. They didn’t remove the dent and provided an excuse about “structural integrity”. Initially, they tried to tell me the bubbling on the hood was just the paint- and instead of ordering a new hood from the start, as discussed, they attempted to grind down the rust. Apparently, the rust perforated through the hood so they then had to order a hood to be primed and painted. They tried to act like they were doing me a favor by fixing the above damage, even though I paid 37K for the vehicle. Overall a terrible experience. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!!! More

This dealership has been the best for me so far, ever since I started purchasing cars. The hassle is free because what you agree upon is what you get.
