Worst dealership ever! John Blesse, Jeremy Winter, Nick Hule, Salvatore Sinardi. The culture in this dealership is awful. Our Jeep has a problem with the seats, only days after we bought it, I called t Hule, Salvatore Sinardi. The culture in this dealership is awful. Our Jeep has a problem with the seats, only days after we bought it, I called to see what the warranty covered and see if they would fix it. I spoke to Nick Hule. He told me they would not do anything for me and hung up on me. I brought my Durango in for an oil change. When I picked it up it was leaking a lot of oil. It was not leaking oil before I brought it in. Sal told me it would cost 1500.00 to fix. When I complained that they were charging me 1500.00 to fix the damage, Sal said it would now cost me 4000.00 to fix! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. When you call Corporate and ask for assistance Melissa tells you that you have to go through the dealer. You are left with a warranty that does not exist and will have to do all your repairs yourself. I have never dealt with a company that cares so little about their customers. More
