My only recommendation is once you’re done checking out, your vehicle should be brought up front for you. The past 2 times when picking up my Jeep it was a guessing game on where it was and it was also blocked in by other vehicles. Causing myself to go back into the service department and get someone to move vehicles. More

Harry helped me find the identical replacement one year newer. He worked really hard to get me what I wanted because in 2018 most of the Compasses are two tone, which I didn’t like. Great service.
