Called for 2 weeks to check on a cars availability. Finally drive the 1.5 hours to get it and had to wait 2 weeks to drive it because the guy we talked to didn't know what to do with an out of state pl Finally drive the 1.5 hours to get it and had to wait 2 weeks to drive it because the guy we talked to didn't know what to do with an out of state plate transfer. Didn't communicate while we were waiting either. Take the car back to get a few minor things checked while under the warranty and they told us to bring it in at 8:30 and they would get it right in to diagnose it and order the parts so we could bring it back to get it fixed. 8 hours later they fixed the wheel bearing and blower motor (that is now cutting in and out). Lady at the service desk should be fired for her attitude alone. More

Needs to be 0 stars, i’ve bought over a dozen Dodge Rams and jeep wranglers and this is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been calling and literally no one answers, they don’t return p and jeep wranglers and this is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been calling and literally no one answers, they don’t return phone calls, I got a darn text back because nobody can use the phone anymore and then they still don’t text back after the first text. My truck was in for a full day and all they fixed was one little minor thing on a seat. It’s been two days so far and nothing else has been done. They sold me a certified truck that had many major issues, I had an inspection done at a very good shop And I’m trying to get some of these things fixed. Fourth time my truck has been in and this is the second day for this trip and I can’t even get a hold of anybody all day and it is now almost 3:00 PM. How does someone run a service department and not get back to their customers over the phone? I bought a lemon from them and they won’t even take the truck back and they knew about all these issues and their service department didn’t even find these issues, I had to pay out of my pocket to go to another service dealer to find these problems. They didn’t even give me a loaner vehicle when I bought the vehicle from them. More
