Kate was wonderful. She kept in touch with me every step of the way as my Promaster needed some major repairs. The price is always a tough pill to swallow but it's a lot easier to take when you are dealing of the way as my Promaster needed some major repairs. I just picked the van back up yesterday and so far as I can tell right now, the repairs were done well and they even took care of some other items that I wasn't even expecting them too.
