Mr. Watson, we informed you in March of 2020, at 117,000 miles, that the oil adapter housing in your Durango was leaking. The repair was declined. We feel it best at this juncture to bring our professional relations to an end. 9 facts about the Durango: I brought my Durango in for an oil change. The oil adaptor housing was NOT BROKEN. The Durango was NOT LEAKING OIL. We picked it up and the oil housing was broken and it was leaking oil. Your service department broke the housing when changing the oil. Your service department told me it would be 1500.00 to fix the damage. When I expressed discontent with having to pay for something they broke Sal spitefully told me that it would now cost 4000.00 to fix. I submit a poor review based on the above facts. You tell me to go away. 5 facts about the Jeep: My brand new Jeep has a problem with the seats. It is under warranty. You refused to honor the warranty. I submit a separate poor review based on the above facts. You tell me to go away. For those that read this review. These are the facts. Go to Pamby to buy your vehicle. If you buy your car here the service department will likely treat you poorly and the sales department will likely not honor your warranty.
