To start, my initial step in the process started with making an appointment with Phil. He offered various times that were very accommodating in terms of arranging for test drives. Once at the dealership, Phil was very relaxed, not pushy at all and was very thorough in the way he explained the details of both cars I was considering. He quickly got me out on the road and really allowed me drive the cars and was able to answer all questions I had. Once everything was narrowed down, he was very efficient with moving the purchase process along in a smooth manner. All other staff from the general manager to the financial department were super personable and easy to work with. They honored my monthly payment and assisted greatly with getting me to a comfortable monthly payment. Across the board, I would highly recommend this dealer and in particular, Phil Prescott.
