We've bought two cars here over the past 5 years, and the service is always above and beyond what someone could expect. I'm still driving and absolutely loving my Dodge Charger, and I'll be driving it for a long long time. My dad's car recently went kaput, and I suggested we go back to Danbury Dodge because my experience was so great and I haven't had a single issue with my car (besides a recall, which obviously is no fault of the dealer). Harry helped my dad find a beautiful truck he loves with all the bells and whistles he could want - whoever is buying the used cars there really knows what they're doing! We ended up making a cash offer on Monday, and we had the car by Tuesday, all registration, plates and everything taken care of. We had a few issues with the paperwork where my parents' address was wrong as they recently moved, but it was taken care of quickly by the manager Jeremy who finished them out. The whole process took less than 2 hours, and Dad couldn't be happier with his new truck.
