He was present and communicative long past us driving off the lot. My Gf and I have both lived in Manhattan for the last 15 years and this was our first car. There were def a few learning curves along the way but Phil and the team were patient and friendly throughout and helped make the car purchasing process an easy and enjoyable experience for both of us. We finally just got our official plates today. I love my Escape now more now than the day we bought it.
