Two weeks later, thousands of dollars of work needed, in and out of service for months and months and still remains in their service dept today, UNUSABLE to our business. We started negotiations, we both showed respect to each other, as he was dealing with my request and information (paper work) Nick was multitasking with other customers and managerial issues, he was very quick on his feet traveling all about. Nick showed me two vehicles per my request, I test drove one but settle on another with out an issue. We were able to chat about somethings we had in common, it was refreshing not to talk politics. Nick in my book is a rare breed now a days (Hard Worker) witch for me was very refreshing to know he was working hard for me to complete the sale in a timely fashion again all this while running all about.
