Friendly and Attentive staff I've been a Danbury Dodge customer since 2014 when I purchased my first Jeep Cherokee. In 2016 I traded it in for a brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee I've been a Danbury Dodge customer since 2014 when I purchased my first Jeep Cherokee. In 2016 I traded it in for a brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I was very happy with that care, but this week I decided to trade it for the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They have a special going on this month (April) for 0% APR for 84 months that I just couldn't pass up. The trade in value for my 2016 Jeep they offered sealed the deal. I live in Ridgefield, CT and could have gone local, but I really like how the Danbury Dodge dealership has treated me over the years. Whether in Sales or Service, the staff is always friendly, cordial and courteous. Even during the pandemic that we're all dealing with today. Thank you! More

"As - is" = "we didn't check a xxxx thing" Bought a 2013 Wrangler JKU. After a day of having it, went to turn on the heat and realized it was little or no heat coming out of the vents. Turns out the blender door was bad and the heater core needed to be flushed. Also when taking the tire cover off the spare tire, it was discovered that the spare was flat with a HUGE gash in the sidewall! While the car was being sold "as is" I was assured that all the major components (yes Heat and ALL tires being under that umbrella) were tested and found to be in good order, clearly NOT. I'm out $500 for repairing the heater and $250 for buying a new spare on a car that I have owned for only a few weeks. I already contacted both the GM, Bill Sabatini, the Director of Sales- Sal Sinardi, AND Customer Service with zero reply. TRULY Buyer Beware, steer clear of this stealership. More
