She’s extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and is always able to provide me with answers to any of my questions. She takes the time to explain what your options are and will do whatever she can to accommodate your schedule. The fact that she knows me by name when I arrive at the service department is just an example of her excellent work ethic. Absolutely horrible experience!!! We drove an hour to test drive a $3000 car for our daughter. When we arrived to our appointment on time, we were told they couldn't locate the vehicle! After waiting patiently for about 20 minutes they finally found it. But, I then had to go get my snow brush from my car to clear the snow and ice from their car. After a successful test drive we went to the sales desk. We were paying all cash. But since we were paying cash, we encountered a $750 fee. Outrageous! Then when we asked for the "out the door" price they showed us a price of $4900!!! Absolutely crazy! They couldn't even explain the extra charges. The managers wouldn't even come over and help out their new sales woman. She's said sorry, I don't know what to do. We obviously left at that point. The next day my wife called the sales woman and asked to speak with a manager about those extra fees and charges, after being on hold for almost 15 minutes, she was told the managers wouldn't take her call. We would never ever considering doing business with this unethical dealer. More
