My wife and I test drove both the Compass and Cherokee and for our 5 person family, with two of our sons over 6 feet tall, the Cherokee was better. Then came price time - and sure enough - we were saving over $1k. Here is the best part - there was actually a minor imperfection with the car - and Thats when the service kicked into overdrive to ensure it was perfect before we took delivery. Simple axiom - Everyone is great when things are great but the measure of a person and a company is when they notice an error and it’s on them to return it to great. And when they come through, like they did, That’s when you know you have the right dealer and dealership. And in turn, a loyal customer. More

Good Service with a small glitch The only reason I docked a star was because getting the final paperwork done on our new lease took a VERY long time. Having been to another local Jeep dealer near me in Ridgefield CT (will leave out the name), the trade-in value that was presented was laughably low... half of the kellybluebook stated value at the time. Chris Keefe helped me; his professional nature and approach-ability made it easy to discuss my situation openly. And it turned out that the initial trade in offered is far closer to what I am looking for. Chris is personal, pragmatic and harmonious balance of being laid-back (or not pushy) and realistic in the market dynamics that are at play (e.g. urgency). I'm still undecided on what direction but happy about my current experience. More
