Service experience When I called to schedule my service, I told the lady that it is my first service at 5,000 mi. She asked me what I wanted done. Shouldn't the dealership know what is the routine 5,000 service ? Finally straightened that out. They don't take appts. - just show up 8-12 or 1-5. Don't like that. Would like a definite appointment. The parking area for service is a nightmare. No room practically to drive - my car was buried 3 deep when they told me I was ready to leave. Just think the whole service experience could be more professional. I have never encountered such craziness !! More
