Meeting Harry for the first time I was instantly impressed with his easy going attitude and friendly nature. Easy buying experience , but I will say the rebates were not explained and the service plans were not explained very well. On the documents it was not described either. The prep of the Truck was pretty good. Did find one annoyance. There was apparently a protective plastic on the arm rest/ storage area that the glue was not removed. There was a sticky area on the arm rest and the silver latch on the middle console area. Attention to detail was not 100%. Maybe 80% for the prep folks. More

Alex and his team were able to include my custom requests to get the Jeep Wrangler I have always wanted. The price was perfect and the customs modifications were done in my extremely tight timeline. Alex and team stayed after hours to make sure I drove the Jeep off the lot within two days of my purchase. We were looking for a pick-up truck and decided to go to Danbury CJDR. We went there on a cloudy, cold, windy day and Tony met us outside right away. We then looked at new trucks, but even with the rebates and financing the payment would be too high. Tony is a very friendly, personable guy. He took the time to go over every question we had and helped us all afternoon! The delivery went smooth. Tony went over the truck bumper to bumper making sure he informed us on all the options. I thought buying a truck in CT and having to regsiter it at DMV in NY would be a hassle, but Tony assured us that they would do that for us too! Thanks Tony!
